A case of sudden death, occurred during coitus at prostitutes' apartment, is reported. Previous reports suggest that on most of the occasion, the death was attributed to coronary artery disease and many of the reported cases occurred in early or late middle-aged persons with evidence of pre-existing heart disease, confirmed either clinically or at autopsy. Here we are reporting a case of sudden non-coronary death in young male.
