Pulmonary Nocardiosis Mimicking Tuberculosis-A Case Report

A 68 year old male from farming background presented with productive cough, dyspnea with purulent sputum who acquired pulmonary Nocardiosis. Sputum smear microscopy and culture revealed the presence of Nocardia species. The patient was treated with Cotrimoxazole and Amikacin.
