Carbon Nanotube Field Effect Transistor (CNTFET), one of nano electronic devices, is a transistor with its channel made of carbon Nanotube and it is designed to provide the solution for scaling process and the possibility of coexistence with current silicon technology. CNTFET-based devices offer high mobility for near-ballistic transport, high carrier velocity for fast switching, as well as better electrostatic control due to the quasi one-dimensional structure of CNTs. This paper describes the work on modeling, performance benchmarking for nanoscale devices and circuits using carbon Nanotube field effect transistors (CNTFETs), with the aim of guiding nanoscale device and circuit design. The integrated circuit operational amplifier (op-amp) is an extremely versatile electronic device, which is encountered in a wide variety of applications ranging from consumer electronics (stereos, VCR’s) to complex commercial applications and industrial controls. This paper also simulates the applications of Carbon Nanotube Field effect transistor based operational amplifier.

The paper deals with nitrification of ammonical nitrogen in synthetic wastewater and coke oven wastewater of Visakhapatnam steel plant. Synthetic wastewater was prepared and coke oven wastewater was collected from the MBC plant of Visakhapatnam steel plant. Nutrients and Nitrosomonas and Nitrobacter cultures were added to both the wastewaters before the nitrification process. A bench scale experimental set-up was fabricated for the biological nitrification of ammonical wastewater. The experiments were conducted at different flow rates, solid retention and hydraulic residence times. For all the experimental runs MLSS and MLVSS of the nitrification tank were determined. The influent and effluent concentrations of ammonical nitrogen, alkalinity and COD were also determined. The kinetic and decay coefficients of the nitrifying and the heterotrophic bacteria were calculated.- Cancer Gene Identification through Clustering

Cancer is one of the dangerous diseases, which is more severe to cure. Sometimes, certain types of cancer seem to run in some families. Gene prediction is an emerging research area that had received growing attention in the research community. All the genes may not be biologically significant in diagnosing the disease. Microarray cancer data organized as samples versus genes fashion are being exploited for the classification of tissue samples into benign and malignant or their subtypes. This paper surveys various data mining methods involved in cancer gene identification.
