The role of man in the organization and the way that one looks at him will have a significant contribution to the success or failure of the organization. In the meantime, capable human resources have a special place, both as the main capital in each organization and as the user of other resources and facilities. The statistical population consists of capable experts and administrators of medical universities. In this research, the strategy of data foundation theory and fuzzy Delphi technique has been used to identify the criteria. To review and classify the criteria, Interpretive Structural Technique (ISM) and model presentation with Structural Equation Technique (SEM) based on Smart PLS software have been modelled. The present study consists of 9 dimensions, 23 components and 80 indicators, respectively, which are a relatively comprehensive and complete model in terms of dimensions, components and indicators. Human capabilities with the organization’s macro strategies have an important role in improving the performance of organizations and institutions and can be considered a suitable way to achieve competitive advantage. Therefore, by using the technique of structural equation, the proposed model for the development of human resource capabilities was proposed. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223277 Green HRM: An Empirical Study on the New Era and Emerging Trends in HR Policies and Practices 2023-08-21T21:47:19+00:00 Shubhangi S. To achieve this goal, indicators of high mortality among disadvantaged people, communities and regions need to be examined and the relationship between these mortality differentials needs to be carried out to accurately identify how inequalities operate at different levels. The objective of this research is to analyse the mortality differentials in gender, causes of death and income levels to identify high-risk cases where health programmes can be channelled or intensified. In the course of this study, visits were made to hospitals, friends and family members for personal observations, investigation and data collection to have comprehensive knowledge of the subject matter. The data were obtained from publications, and surveys of health or health-related organizations. Male mortality and female life expectancy are higher at all ages in most countries across the globe. In Nigeria, most deaths (in rank) arise from lower respiratory infections, neonatal disorders, HIV/AIDS and malaria, while the leading causes of death (in rank) in Africa as a whole are lower respiratory tract infections, HIV/AIDS, diarrhoea diseases and ischemic heart diseases. In the world (as a whole), ischemic heart disease and stroke are the leading causes of death. Most deaths in the lower-income group are due to causes that may be treatable through access to basic health services, while most deaths in the higher-income group are associated with environmental factors and/or natural disasters. To minimize the differences in health outcomes and maximize the health gains, responses that are aimed at mitigating exposure to risk factors and/or adequate access to health services should be employed. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223279 The Gendered Impact of Covid-19 on Unpaid Work in India: The Lessons Learnt 2023-08-21T21:48:09+00:00 Manpreet Kaur manpreet_1801@yahoo.co.in Anjali Mehra anjalieco@gmail.com The COVID-19 pandemic underscores the society’s reliance on women both on the frontline and at home while simultaneously exposing structural gender inequalities across every sphere, from health to the economy, security to social protection. Due to the sexual division of labour, and gendered roles and social norms of performing domestic and care work, the burden of unpaid work fell disproportionately on women. This study is an attempt to explore the challenges faced by women during pandemic, focusing on unpaid care work, both direct care such as care giving services to household members and indirect care entailing domestic work within the household. Specifically, the paper attempts to study the gendered impact of lockdown on unpaid work of women on various parameters like marital status, employment status, income levels and average time spent on household activities. The data has been collected for 140 women (both working and non-working) through Google forms questionnaire and telephonic conversations to grasp the impact of lockdown. The results of the study have shown that although the husbands of these women have shared some responsibilities at home, but still the greater burden rests on women’s shoulders. It is observed that, during lockdown, married working women has to suffer the most as doing the office and home work simultaneously exacerbating the already existing gender inequalities. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223280 Factors Affecting the Growth and Performance of MSME in India 2023-08-21T21:48:32+00:00 Vani Arora vanisainiarora@gmail.com Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are contributing to the development of Indian Economy by widely creating job opportunities and producing consumer oriented products thereby reducing inequality and poverty. The emergence of the MSMEs and its capability to produce more goods and services at a low labour and capital cost makes it favourable to contribute in India’s overall exports production and employment generation. It significantly contribute around forty-five percent in manufacturing output, more than forty percent in exports, twenty-eight percent in the Gross Domestic Product and create about one hundred million employment opportunities. The present paper endeavours to evaluate the performance of MSMEs and enlightens the factors affecting the growth of MSME in India. The time period of study is taken from 1990-91 to 2017-18. The data is taken from published annual reports of MSMEs and published survey reports of Government of India. The technique of Multiple Regression Analysis is used to calculate the relationship between the growth of MSME and different factors affecting it. The paper reveals that there is strong need to manage the man power and decrease the number of sick units of MSME as both play an effective role in the overall performance of the MSMEs. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223281 National Education Policy 2020 and its Challenges for Implementation in India 2023-08-21T21:48:59+00:00 Deepa Joshi deepa.joshi77@gmail.com Vineet Sakate Sakatevineet@gmail.com Milind Khabale milind.khabale@gmail.com National Education policy of India released in 2020 is much awaited policy release in a diverse country like India almost after 36 years of wait. A. Neetu Singhania nvsco2011@gmail.com Manasi Patil manasip456@gmail.com Sneha Vadavi Snehashashanak@gmail.com Chhaya Vanjare chhayavanjare83@gmail.com The present Article is a review paper on the Impact of the Hindenburg Research report on the Business conglomerate Adani Group’s wealth. Adani Group of Industries was at the peak of raising capital through FPO of 2.5 lakhs crores for its new International project in Airways. The Hindenburg Research Report was published by a US-based Equity Research Company and made allegations of accounting fraud and market manipulation against Gautam Adani and group Industries. Though Gautam Adani refuted the allegations, India’s markets regulator - the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) - confirmed that it is investigating allegations made by Hindenburg Research against companies owned by Gautam Adani. The Adani Group, as a result of the allegations, has lost around $100bn (£82.3bn) wiped off its stock market value and faced multiple charges of fraud. However, the huge empire of the Adani Group of Industries has confronted such charges in the past and is working to reinstate their investor confidence. The stock market reviewers estimate that these allegations will have a short period effect on the conglomerate. In the long-term view, Adani Group will remain unaffected due to its enriched business experience and a long trail of diversified businesses. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223283 A Systematic Literature Review: Effect of Education 4.0 on Computer Management Students for Studying Different Languages 2023-08-21T21:49:50+00:00 Rajkamal C. Sangole rajkamal.sangole@gmail.com P. B. Wahul pratikshawahul@gmail.com Education 4.0 is an innovative approach to education that combines technology with traditional teaching methods. This paper explores the impact of Education 4.0 on computer management students’ ability to learn different languages. The study was conducted among a sample of computer management students who were taught different languages using Education 4.0 tools and techniques. The findings reveal that Education 4.0 has a positive impact on students’ language learning abilities. The use of technology-based tools such as language learning apps, virtual reality, and online resources enhanced the students’ engagement and motivation, resulting in higher language proficiency levels. Furthermore, Education 4.0 provided students with opportunities to interact with native speakers, practice speaking and listening skills, and receive instant feedback on their performance. The study suggests that the integration of Education 4.0 into language learning programs can be an effective approach to enhancing students’ language proficiency. However, the success of this approach depends on the quality of technology used, the effectiveness of instructional design, and the instructors’ ability to integrate technology with pedagogical practices. Overall, this paper highlights the potential of Education 4.0 in language learning and provides insights for educators and policymakers to integrate this approach into language learning programs. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223284 Effect of Work-Life Balance Practices and Working Culture on Hybrid Employee Job Satisfaction: Study on IT Industry 2023-08-21T21:50:16+00:00 Priyanka Shailaj Budhkar priyankasbudhkar@gmail.co Archana Salve With technology, there often comes an inflection point where multiple different breakthroughs converge, forever transforming industries and the wider world. When it comes to office work, it feels like we have reached that stage. Information and Communications Technology (ICT) is now so advanced that employees can complete their tasks from almost any location, upending working dynamics that have been in place for generations. A hybrid culture is a work environment with a mix of employees working on-site while others work remotely as well as a mix of both. This splitting of time between on-site and remote has become more common as we emerge from the global pandemic. In a hybrid workplace, culture should promote attitudes and actions that support both on-site and remote employees in maintaining good health, contentment, productivity, and alignment with the company’s objectives. Tools, regulations, and procedures alone, however, fall short. So, it should come as no surprise that the vast majority of workers do not wish to leave their jobs permanently. They do, however, desire more flexibility, and smart organizations will face a significant challenge in striking the right balance. According to Gerd Leonhard, chief executive of The Futures Agency, “Pure online working will be difficult, due to the human relationships. But hybrid working is here to stay. The companies that don’t understand this will be suffering from lack of access to talent”. There is a lot of potential for the hybrid workplace to boost job satisfaction and lower attrition. Employees can more easily sense how their professional and personal lives are integrated, which is one explanation. Just fewer rigid patterns; it doesn’t mean less effort. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223285 How Good is the Bad Bank for Wiping-Off the Bad Loans? 2023-08-21T21:50:38+00:00 Yasmin A. Barodawala yasminbarodawala@gmail.com A medium to save the Banks from rising NPA is ARC - Asset Reconstruction Companies. But, when ARC’s efforts turned out to be insufficient for handling the bulging amount of bad loans; Bad Bank was brought into the picture by the Government of India. Backed by the full-fledged hand of the Indian Government, unlike the existing ARCs, NARCL-National Asset Reconstruction Company Ltd is the first-ever Bad bank in the country. The statistics of recent past years reflect a downtrend of Bad loans in the never-ending trail of NPA of the country. Yet, we cannot relax in slumber because the graph is still not low. Especially when talking regarding public sector banks, the downward slope is still quite high. It’s a good omen that Government realizes the need to act upon these vicious bad loans and has introduced NARCL, which is enthusiastically assembling itself, working towards taking up the stressed assets of NPA-laden banks and showing a sign of hope and relief to the economy. This paper is an attempt to highlight the concept of a Bad bank, its structure, working, criticisms, and prospects. As this NPA sweeper Bank, ’Bad bank’, initiates its functioning, we are all heads to see whether it stands to fulfil its objectives or entwines and ravels in the grind of NPA. 2023-01-31T00:00:00+00:00 https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/aijm/article/view/223286 E-Content is a Powerful Tool for Teaching Geography Effectively 2023-08-21T21:51:12+00:00 K.
