Native and recombinant proteins benefit major sectors of the biopharmaceutical industry, the enzyme industry, and the agricultural industry and its development is visibly increase in recent years. Vaccines, insulin, human growth factor, digestive enzymes and monoclonal antibody are examples of proteins produced with recombinant technology. As we see, the importance of recombinant protein is clear from its products. In this review, we tried to simply introduce recombinant protein technology. First of all recombinant DNA technology introduced which lead to sudden development of recombinant protein technology.
