Websites are the gateway of information for institutions and play an important role in dissemination of information. The present study is an attempt to examine and analyze the websites of Indian universities with status of potential for excellence on the basis of established webometric criteria i.e. number of web pages, link pages, domain authority, equity passing links, individual domain authority and web impact factor.Keywords

International Journal of Information Library and Society, Vol 8, No 1 (2019), Pagination: 54-63Abstract
This article deals with the mapping of publication pattern of the Journal of Knowledge and Communication Management from the marked period (2011-2017) on the basis of various bibliometric patterns in which total 92 articles were published. This research articles analyse the authorship pattern, distribution of articles, most prolific contributors, authors productivity, the degree of collaboration, and found that the highest number of research results is 47, constituting (51.08%) contributed by two authors, followed by single author with 33, (35.86%) articles. India occupied first place with 91, constituting (90.09%) contributions. K.M. Shibu was the most prolific author with 5, constituting (17.85%) publications. The author productivity shows that a total of 165 authors produced 92 articles with an average of 0.55 per authors.Keywords

In this digital era, user communities are increasingly becoming more web-savvy and using the new technologies for information communication, sharing, and collaboration which is reflected in users' information seeking behavior. In such a scenario, institutional websites have emerged as an important tool for the dissemination of information and play an important role in information dissemination process. The present study is intended to evaluate the contents and design of websites of 29 ICSSR supported research institutes. The data was collected by survey and observation methods using a checklist and some web analyzer tools. The study shows that Delhi has the highest number of ICSSR research institutes. Nearly half of the ICSSR institutes i.e., 13(44.83%) were providing links to job information/vacancy on their website and Facebook was the most common social media tool used by ICSSR institutes and 16 (55%) research institutes have given Facebook links on their website followed by Twitter- 14(48.28%) and YouTube. The interlinking pattern was very weak among ICSSR research institutes' websites and the Institute of Public Enterprise (IPE) scored the highest 150.1 in website performance in the Nibbler test.Keywords

The purpose of this paper is to highlight the importance of topic modelling in conducting literature reviews using the open-source LDAShiny package in the R environment, with green libraries literature as a case study. To conduct the analysis, a title and abstract dataset were prepared using the Scopus database and imported into the LDAShiny package for further analysis. It was found that the green libraries' literature ranged from 1989-2023, with a sharp increase in research topics since 2003. The study also identified key themes and documents associated with green libraries research, revealing that energy efficiency, waste reduction and recycling, and the use of sustainable materials have been extensively discussed in the literature. However, further research is needed on the implementation of these practices in libraries, as well as the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on green libraries. The findings will be beneficial to researchers interested in using topic modelling for literature reviews.Keywords
