This study is intended to analyze the impact of workplace Milieu on employee's productivity. The paper commences with a summary of how the quality of the employee's workplace Milieu impacts on the level of employee's motivation and subsequent productivity. The workplace Milieu impacts employee morale, productivity and engagement - both positively and negatively. The work place Milieu in a majority of industry is unsafe and unhealthy. People working in such Milieu are prone to occupational disease and it impacts on employee's productivity.
