At ultra-relativistic velocities wavelengths according to existing and revised theories differ widely. What is needed is that some experimentalist should take the readings without any prejudice; and that is very difficult. Because, theory guides the experimental results, or more correctly, theory dictates the experimental results. As it is well known that phenomenon of wave particle duality was experimentally observed by some scientists much before the discovery of wave particle duality by Louis de Broglie. But there was no theory to guide those results and hence they were ignored. Results of Davisson and Germer were not ignored because they came after Louis de Broglie proposed the theory of wave particle duality. In the present work: 1. Data are given showing a dangerous phenomenon - an impact of high energy positively charged particles of solar origin on mortality from ischemic heart disease; 2. A hypothetical mechanism is proposed to explain this dangerous phenomenon; and 3. This mechanism can be used to determine from satellite data specific points on the planet's surface where increased mortality from ischemic heart disease should have occurred on specific dates. Hence, these two theories had been disputed in Newton's time. In the beginning people accepted the particle theory, but after Thomas Young's experiment and Augustin Jean Fresnel's experiment, people began to accept the wave theory. Until Einstein proposed the quanta concept, which was later called photon, and, even later, De Broglie proposed the wave nature of matter, subsequently, people began using particle-wave duality to explicate all phenomena in micro world. Thus here appears a paradox: how can one particle exist in two forms? To solve this enigma, I have done some experiments; discover that moving photons create force; this effect reveal the phenomenon of light wave property-the inference fringes is caused by force which moving photons produced.
