Four species of the family Pottiaceae, viz. Anoectangium aestivum, Bryoerythrophyllum inaequalifolium, Didymodon erosodenticulatus and Didymodon fallax have been newly recorded for the first time from Darjeeling district in Eastern Himalaya. Detailed descriptions of all the four taxa along with other relevant data are provided here.Keywords
