The paper deals with the flora of Phanerograms and Pteridophyte of Amarkantak plateau. Total number of species enumerated in this paper is 635 (Angiosperms 612, Gymnosperms 2 and Pteridophytes 21) of which 7 species are new for Central India and 14 for Madhya Pradesh.
