A Characterization of Maximal-Hausdorff Spaces

In my paper on Maximal-Hausdorff spaces. I have proved the existence of non-bicompact maximal-Hausdorff spaces. The purpose of the present paper is to give a final and more satisfactory characterization of maximal-Hausdorff spaces by proving that the Maximal-Hausdorff spaces are identical with the H-closed semi-regular spaces. A part of this result has already been proved [see Paper I Theorems III and IV]. The known result that the Hausdorff bicompact spaces are maximal-Hausdorff is a special case of this result, since the Hausdorff bicompact spaces are H-closed semi-regular spaces.
