On the Nature of Ladakh Granitoid Complex (LGC), Leh and Kargil Districts, Jammu and Kashmir

The present work based on systematic geological mapping in the southeastern part of Ladakh and traverse geological mapping in the remaining part of the Ladakh range and adjacent areas has revealed that the Ladakh granitoid complex is composed of rock sequence which is formed by the granitisation of the rocks of volcano-Sedimentary parentage.
