Electrophoretic Analysis of Antral Atretic Follicles from Goat (Capra hircus) Ovaries

Electrophoretic analysis of follicular fluid and granulose cells from small, medium, and large antral atretic follicles was carried out. Follicular fluid from small antral atretic follicles under non-reducing conditions revealed 6 bands corresponding to molecular weights 25,37,78,120,160 and 205 KDa whereas in medium antral atretic follicles 7 bands were observed.
