Good nutrition and health is a cosrollary to work capacity and productivity Health and sports are interdependent. The role of nutrition in physical performance is basically to maintain good health in an athlete for him to tram and compete, to be successful and to perform incredibly. Recently nutrition as a potential factor to influence athletic performance has received recognition.
