Abstract
Scales of calorie coefficients have often been used to determine calorie intake of Individuals in a family. These scales indicate how the total family food should be divided among the members of a family based on physiological needs. However, it is possible that there may be considerable difference between these coefficients and the way food is actually distributed within a family.
