Ageing is a natural process, spanning the life period from conception through birth- infancy-childhood-adolescence-adulthood- old age - to death. Each of these stages has unique characteristics and vulnerabilities requiring special attention to ensure optimum health during each stage. Ageing is a steady and gradual process which has always been regarded as unfortunate but inevitable part of the cycle of life. It is a relentless process in life leading to its extinction.
