Traumatic dislocation of hip in children is relatively rare. We report two cases of hip dislocation in childrenone is posterior and other is anterior inferior who presented to casualty at MGIMS, Sewagram, Wardha, M.S. (India). The Hip dislocation diagnosed by clinical examination and radiological findings using X-ray. There was no neurovascular deficit. Dislocations were reduced under I.V. sedation immediately, post reduction X-ray is obtained and skin traction applied to the affected site for 3 weeks.
