This study recognizes the attitude of people towards retirement planning, their general financial literacy and perception towards mutual funds for retirement planning. The study also identifies mutual fund schemes from equity category and hybrid category which should be considered for investing with retirement as a financial goal. Data for primary research was collected through structured questionnaire. As a part of secondary research, data on several parameters of total 422 schemes belonging to 12 different categories is extracted from various sources. The schemes are then divided into quartiles or halves depending on the sample size and with the help of t-test the statistical significance of the parameters is tested to ensure whether they can be pursued further. The study found that there is lack of knowledge about financial literacy amongst people and It is noticed that acceptance of mutual funds for retirement planning is more in younger population as compared to older ones. 27 mutual funds schemes with better performance against their peers from respective categories have been shortlisted overall. If this problem is not addressed properly, an effective incentive system will allow 100% use of existing human resources and reduce revenue. Assessing the performance of the driven system will help select its optimal parameters and make it more optimal. The strategic task facing any company, regardless of the form of its ownership, is to increase the productivity of employees and get the most out of them. For a business entity, it means an increase in profit, for non-business - an increase in the efficiency of its operations, and a quick achievement of the goals set for it. In this paper a smart monitoring method was proposed. This was increased in labor productivity is directly related to the employees' interest in the work and its results, as well as their greater motivation for productive work. The employee motivation system is based on the use of material and nonmaterial incentives. With the exception of low-skilled and lowproductivity workers, the use of a single type of incentive has long been recognized as ineffective for a wide variety of activities. M. The performance characterizes not only the performance of a process but also its performance of the execution, i.e. achieving a specific result at low cost. The personnel management system is designed to affect the workforce ability to shift its parameters in the direction required by the organization. There are various ways to solve this problem, but the right choice offers the lowest cost, i.e. saves money. In this paper, a smart model was proposed to enhance the management of organizational employees in stressful situations. The effect of management can be assessed by a close measure of the actual level of planned labor force. It is not possible to express the ultimate goal of employee management by an indicator; therefore, their structure is used, which reflects various aspects of labor efficiency This means the number of employees, professional qualifications, education, motivation, labor, health status are monitored by the proposed model periodically and produce the reports as per the organizational policy. However, cost savings to achieve the set goals are the source of the effect. The cost reduction should be considered as a measure of performance in relation to achieving a certain amount and quality parameters of labor energy. Prakash Manoharan, K Logasakthi https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215333 Sun, 01 May 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Gender As A Correlate of Organizational Justice Perception-An Empirical Study Among Information Technology Professionals https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215334 This research work has explored perceptual differences between men and women towards the three dimensions of organizational justice (distributive, procedural and interactional justice) and also the relative importance given by men and women towards the dimensions of justice. Big data refers to the capability of storing large quantities of data over an extended period and down to particular transactions. Educational data mining focuses on developing and implementing methods to promote discoveries from data in educational settings. It examines patterns in a large data set related to students’ actions. Learning analytics uses predictive models that provide actionable information. It is a multidisciplinary approach based on data processing, technology-learning enhancement, educational data mining, and visualization. LA increases awareness of learners and educators in their current situations that can help them make constructive decisions and more effectively perform their tasks. The literature review revealed that LA uses various methods including visual data analysis techniques, social network analysis, semantic, and educational data mining including prediction, clustering, relationship mining, discovery with models, and separation of data for human judgment to analyze data. Challenges include issues related to data tracking, collection, evaluation, analysis, lack of connection to learning sciences, optimizing learning environments, and ethical and privacy issues. Such a comprehensive overview provides an integrative report for faculty, course developers, and administrators about the methods, benefits, and challenges of LA so that they may apply LA more effectively to improve teaching and learning in higher education. This study has revealed the different methods used by learning analytics not only to show how the use of big data can benefit education but also to reveal the challenges faced by stakeholders in the educational process. V Venkateswara Rao https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215336 Sun, 01 May 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Smart Structure And Real Estate Business Management Of Real Estate Sector Using Real Estate Business Machine Learning Model https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215337 The sales department follows the line-staff policy completely. The real estate business sector is covered with operations and sales are divided into autonomous components, but at the same time they have the same value and are equivalent to the work of the entire sector. Their only common goal is to get the buyer to buy this or that product. The fact that each component operates independently in the real estate business sector should not adversely affect the work, and each activity makes its own small contribution to the operations of the entire company. The distinctive features of any process are the presence of its direction and the organization of tasks to achieve the desired heights. In this paper, a smart real estate business machine learning model was proposed to structurized and manages the real estate real estate business. The purpose of this proposed model is to acquire the goods and services offered in the market by individuals or legal entities or to exchange them for other goods for mutual benefit. Interestingly, marketingdriven components are also driven by the real estate business sector. The structure of the proposed model is automated, but allows for many tasks to be performed at the same time. The main goal of the machine learning approach is to create a specific organization that aims to streamline sales and purchase processes, meet demand and make a profit. M Raja https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215337 Sun, 01 May 2022 00:00:00 +0000 Analysis of Investment Behavior of Investors In Nagpur City - Study On Pre And Post Covid Pandemic https://www.i-scholar.in/index.php/IJMgmtS/article/view/215338 COVID-19 pandemic situation and measures implemented by Government changes the investment behavior of the people.
