The concept of bureaucracy is very known yet unknown to us – known in the sense as it is very much seen in daily Indian life but unknown as its history. Though this topic is very much a part of public administration but when it’s come to go through its depth of knowledge, history doesn’t leave it presence. The history starts from Karl Marx and it goes on through various scholars but most importantly Weberian bureaucracy. After the huge change took place because of globalization, this conventional concept is still running – but whether it is running successfully or still inclined to narrow hierarchical bondage – that’s the question.

The history starts from Karl Marx and it goes on through various scholars but most importantly Weberian bureaucracy. After the huge change took place because of globalization, this conventional concept is still running – but whether it is running successfully or still inclined to narrow hierarchical bondage – that’s the question.
