India has no centralized body for disseminating and maintaining health data that itself is capable to analyse its health data. I propose the formation of a national health data agency (HDA) to provide an efficient and alternative system to counter the existing beaurocratic systems. HDA would necessarily utilize the underlying framework of performing three key tasks: collection, standardization, and analysis of health data across several domains (e.g. government, private, personal, etc.) and make it open to the public.References

Quantum internet is envisaged to fulfil the long-cherished dream of teleportation of quantum information (qubits) be it locally, globally or in intergalactic regions. However, the problem behind achieving this goal lies in the current approaches of research and infrastructural implications around the world.References

To disentangle the complexities surrounding the genome, advanced technologies in epigenetics are indeed necessary. Epigenetics largely affects the way in which genes are read by the cells and whether the cells should produce appropriate proteins. Epigenetics is related to four key characteristics: (i) controlling ability of the genes, (ii) existence anywhere in the DNA, (iii) harnessing facility to derive unique features and (iv) reversibility. Epigenetics revolution can potentially enrich our understanding about the behaviour and phenotypical structure of life1. It is also important to develop comprehensiveness about why and how life inherits specific traits, advance diseases, mature ages and evolve as a species2.References

Coronavirus, the deadly RNA virus causes severe respiratory illness in humans and sometimes results in death. In December 2019, an outbreak of this virus was reported from Wuhan, China, which has been named the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV)1 . During the time of writing this letter, it has become an epidemic in China with more than 1000 lives lost and 40,000 cases detected. The rapid spread of this virus is not only a threat to China, but to the whole world. Recently, some cases have been reported from Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Germany, the United States and India2 . The World Health Organization (WHO) has declared the 2019-nCoV outbreak as a Public Health Emergency of International Concern3 .References
