Cephalic Spread of Block with Head down Tilt in Spinal Anaesthesia - A Randomised Controlled Trial
Controlling the spread of subarachnoid block (SAB) remains a challenge as about 25 factors influence its spread, patient position being the most important. We studied the effect of various operation table tilts on spread of SAB.
