Lumbar Laminectomy under Spinal Anaesthesia: Safe and Cost Effective

Laminectomy is usually performed under general anaesthesia. We managed a case of lumbar laminectomy at L5-S1 under spinal anaesthesia with less postoperative complications and better patient compliance.
