Anaesthetic Management of a Patient with Ebstein's Anomaly Posted for Transurethral Resection of Prostate

Ebstein’s anomaly an abnormality of the tricuspid valve in which valve leaflets are malformed or displaced downwards into the right ventricle. Patient may develop supraventricular dysrhythmias   leading to congestive heart failure, cyanosis, syncope, sudden death(1,2).

Abstract
