Pheochromocytoma management poses anaesthetic challenges with unpredictable clinical course during surgery¹. Intraoperative hypertensive crisis has been managed with Beta-blockers, nitroglycerine, sodium nitroprusside or phentolamine. Our patient onlyresponded to Diltiazem.
