Presently we are surrounded with various environmental and social problems. Corporate Social Responsibility is a step to solve these problems. Corporate Social Responsibility is an old concept in India, since 1800's it has been practiced by the Indian organizations. At present the CSR implies that companies should voluntarily incorporate social and environmental concerns in their operations. CSR (environmental protection) is a powerful tool which not only enhances the brand image and reputation of the business, but helps to retain their employees and to get sustainable development in the long run. Today it's a prime responsibility of an organization to contribute for CSR. The employees of an organization play a crucial role in the implementation and follow up of CSR activities. But this paper will focus on the key role of Human Resource Management in achieving the CSR objectives. As Human Resource Managers plays a very vital role in facilitating and achieving the organizations objective. For the mandate integration of CSR HR's communicate and implement ideas, policies and cultural and behavioral change in an organizations. This research is an attempt to explore the role of HR in facilitating CSR activities on environmental protection in an organization. The emphasis will be to know the measures taken by the HR department to protect our environment. Further few Private and Public Organizations of Chhattisgarh have been selected for this study. Both primary and secondary data will be collected from various sources. Primary data will be collected through structured questionnaire and interview and secondary data from magazines, journals, company's website, etc.Keywords

Introduction-Increase use of debit cards transforms India as a cashless economy. Instead of (paper note and coins) currency now people uses various kinds of plastic card to purchase goods and services. Now customers do not have access cash through ATM or credit cards. Electronic fund transfer at point of scale(Debit card) network facility provided by merchants for customers to direct pay from Debit card to merchant for goods.
Objective-The objective of the study to find of perception of customer regarding usage of various services of Debit cards, benefit of using Debit card, Usage of Debit card in different segments, problem customer faces while using Debit card.
Research Methodology-For this study Simple random sampling technique is using and prepared structured questionnaire for primary data collection, sample size for this study is 90. Purpose-The purpose of study is to find perception of debit card customer in Chhattisgarh.
Result-Customer uses debit card to withdrawn cash from ATM machine and for card payment at point of sale. Major benefit of using Debit card is: It is safe, Convenient and easy to use. Major problem Debit card holder were faces was limited withdrawn amount, long queue outside ATM machine. Usage of debit card is more in retail store and flight ticket booking.
