The development of new technologies enables learners to learn more effectively, efficiently, flexibly and comfortably. Learners use smart devices and the digital technology to access digital resources through the wireless network and to immerse in both personalized and seamless learning [2]. "E-learning exploits interactive technologies and communication systems to improve the learning experience. It has the potential to transform the way professors teach and learn across the board.
