Electronic mail (e-mail), an internet based method for exchange of digital messages between users extended by Multipurpose Internet Mail Extensions (MIME) to carry multimedia content attachments. There are certain limitations with the various free mail providers (like Hotmail, Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, etc.); size of the file attachment, FTP setup complications, account management, registration and verification process, no system for tracking guaranteed delivery of critical files etc.
